Oracle E-Business Discovery Workshop
The one-day Discovery Workshop is designed to assess and identify the status of a company’s ERP / E-Business structure, needs, and plans.
The goal of the Discovery Workshop is to identify the key areas of functionality and business process improvement required for upgrading to the next level of information management, including Finance, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, HRMS and Manufacturing.
Workshop participants include members of the IT department as well as the various functional teams associated with the selected functional areas. The Workshop delivers the following:
- Identification of target areas for immediate process improvement
- Identification of areas for long-term process improvement and application optimization
- Initial evaluation of how efficiently and thoroughly a company is currently utilizing their system applications
- Development of an approach for process and application optimization, training and end-user documentation
